Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to major insurance carriers, shaping their fraud and identity strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic account planning and high-value sales meetings
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend solutions
  • Lead presentations to senior-level decision makers, communicating analytics and risk insights
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales teams' solution knowledge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; degrees in Communications or Psychology preferred
  • 5+ years of account management or business development experience with complex B2B integrated solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting to clients and senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience within or working closely with insurance companies
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across internal and external teams
  • Strong time management skills with consistent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
