What you'll do as a Sourcing Analyst:
- Under direction of the Sourcing Supervisor, solicit & evaluate proposals, make recommendations & monitor supplier performance for a range of routine, established, customary requirements.
- Process agency purchase requisitions & ensure Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) & Encouraging Diversity Growth & Equity (EDGE) vendor utilization.
- Review & analyze contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules &/or regulations & negotiate changes (e.g., confer with other agencies, vendors, manufacturers &/or distributors on delivery, prices, quantity & services; ensure purchasing practices are in accordance with ODPS purchasing procedures).
- Prepare specifications for development of contracts for goods & personal service acquisitions (e.g., coordinate the purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment &/or services for ODPS; research quotes & prepare cost analysis; review contractual language & evaluate bids received & recommend awards).
- Provide technical assistance to other agencies & ODPS divisions with contract negotiations & compliance with state & federal laws & regulations (e.g., coordinate special acquisitions projects to procure supplies, materials, equipment &/or services; enforce section policies & procedures; provide interpretation of state & federal laws).

-Or 6 mos. exp. as Sourcing Associate, 64511. - Option 4:
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
