Job Title: Sales Representative & Business Analyst (Entry-Level to Senior)

Location: Columbus, OH

We are seeking motivated, results-driven professionals to join our team in Sales and Business Analyst capacities. These roles range from entry-level positions focused on customer engagement and lead generation to senior-level roles centered on strategy, data analysis, and leadership. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone, email, and digital channels
• Build strong relationships and communicate value-driven solutions
• Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and maintain ongoing client communication
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports on performance trends, sales metrics, and client insights
