Business Director Responsibilities- Assist with implementation and ensure employees follow company policies and procedures, assist in administering, coordinating, and directing all activities in accordance with policies, including benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance.
- Act as a support to HR functions to assist the leadership team in accomplishing goals through people, including but not limited to personnel records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence and recruitment assistance within the community.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, state regulations, OSHA, infection control protocols).
- Prepare census changes, enter payments and ancillary charges, prepare statements, process resident renewals, and close the AR books for each period. Maintain and review accounts payable and route invoices to the appropriate department, enter invoices and track payment information.
- Verify and maintain all employee records, including those relating to actions involving the BD's direct reports, and direct/manage direct reports.
- Verify and submit timecards for bi-weekly payroll; track used PTO time for all staff.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.
