MWE, Midwest Equipment Sales, is hiring an eCommerce & Digital Sales Specialist to help grow our online sales channels including , eBay, Amazon, and retail marketplaces. This role combines eCommerce operations, digital content management, online merchandising, website support, and customer interaction.
Location:
Columbus, OH
- Manage and update product listings across , eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces
- Monitor pricing, inventory accuracy, competitor activity, and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, discount codes, campaigns, and product pushes
- Improve product titles, descriptions, keywords, and content with Marketing support
- Troubleshoot listing errors, image issues, and compliance problems
- Maintain website content including specs, machine compatibility, photos, pricing, and categories
- Manage eBay store operations including bulk edits, templates, images, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate product data for tracks, tires, and undercarriage products
- Assist Marketing with social posts, content ideas, ads, and creative needs
- Respond to customer inquiries on fitment, specs, and product selection as needed
- Create sales orders and support sales channels as needed
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, Q&A, and messages
- Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, data organization)
- Clear writing ability and excellent attention to detail
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate with Marketing on content and promotions
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 2–5 years of hands‑on eCommerce experience (eBay, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.)
- Experience managing product listings, images, and marketplace compliance. Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP/eCommerce systems
- Experience in rubber tracks, tires, and undercarriage is a plus
- Familiarity with compact track loaders, skid steers, excavators, or related equipment
- Background in automotive, heavy equipment, or aftermarket parts
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
