• Draft, review, and negotiate Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), amendments, and statements of work.
• Partner closely with internal attorneys, category managers, and business stakeholders.
• Interpret contract language and explain terms, risks, and obligations to non-legal teams.
• Review existing contracts and lead negotiations for renewals, changes, and extensions.
• Lead supplier negotiations related to scope, pricing, service levels, and contract terms.
• Manage contract compliance, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure agreements align with corporate risk, financial, and operational objectives.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

• 3 to 10 years of experience working with Professional Services Agreements or commercial service contracts.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Experience partnering with attorneys, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and contract documentation accuracy.
• Experience in commercial (non-government) contracting environments.

• Experience in corporate environments such as healthcare, insurance, utilities, or enterprise services.
• Experience managing multiple service agreements and negotiations at the same time.

• A sourcing or buyer role.
• A government or federal contracts position.
• A leadership or management role.
• A support or coordinator role.
