Job Summary

Elevate the premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will lead the operations of premium suites and club spaces, delivering top-tier service and hospitality for high-profile guests. You will oversee staff, maintain service excellence, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to create memorable experiences for premium clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in premium or luxury service environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
• Strong operational and event management skills
• Previous experience managing teams in high-end hospitality preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily premium club and suite operations
• Manage and train premium service staff
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations
• Coordinate event logistics and maintain premium standards
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational goals
