Job Summary
Elevate the premium experience! As a Premium Manager, you will lead the operations of premium suites and club spaces, delivering top-tier service and hospitality for high-profile guests. You will oversee staff, maintain service excellence, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to create memorable experiences for premium clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience in premium or luxury service environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Strong operational and event management skills
- Previous experience managing teams in high-end hospitality preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily premium club and suite operations
- Manage and train premium service staff
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations
- Coordinate event logistics and maintain premium standards
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational goals
