Role – Senior Business Solutions AnalystFull‑time. Impact the Frank Crum business everyday by supporting the various applications used by FWCI.
- Partner with business leaders to frame initiatives: define business value, customer outcomes, and clear success metrics tied to FWCI’s strategic goals and value map.
- Design and lead the analysis approach for programs or major domains (discovery plan, stakeholder engagement model, artifact set, decision forums).
- Translate strategic goals into actionable portfolios of features, user stories, and process changes, sequenced for incremental value delivery.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for requirements, UAT, and release readiness across assigned programs.
- Oversee UAT strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring robust coverage of edge cases, integrations, and business controls.
- Anticipate operational, data, and compliance impacts and ensure they are accounted for in design, testing, and change/adoption plans.
- Act as a proxy for Product Owners or business leads when needed, ensuring decisions align with value, risk, and customer impact.
- Lead BA communities of practice, training sessions, and playbook improvements to uplift the overall discipline.
- Identify and drive enhancements to BA practices, standards, and tools.
- Demonstrate the broader organizational ecosystem and end‑to‑end workflows, not just a single project or system.
- Demonstrate experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
- Possess knowledge across multiple domains (policy/rating, billing, portals, data/reporting) and the carrier value map.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10+ years of progressive business analysis experience in P&C Insurance (or equivalent), including leading large or complex initiatives.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
- CBAP, PMI‑PBA, CSPO, or equivalent preferred, not required.
