The Health Research and Analytics (HRA) business line is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Data Scientist to join our team in support of our Government Client, United State Special Operations Command. This position will play a critical role in advancing the Preserve of the Forces and Family (POTFF) program, dedicated to optimizing and sustaining the mission readiness, longevity and performance of Special Operations Forces.

Through integrated and holistic human performance initiatives POTFF strengthens both the Forces and their families, ensuring a comprehensive support for those who serve. As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to impact research and analytics that drive evidence based decision making and enhance the effectiveness of these essential programs. • Enter, clean, and advanced manipulation and statistic analysis of program data
• Provide subject matter expertise in program evaluation, research methods and data analysis
• Collaborate with POTFF staff and the Government biostatistician to foster good data manage and analysis
• Consult and help supported units and POTFF staff to spot program data capture opportunities and methods
• Prepare clean reports and presentations to communicate data trends and analytic findin
• Access and use Government systems for data entry, manage and analysis in support of program goals

• Master’s or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency with stat software such as SPSS, SAS, R, as shown by work history and paper
• At least three years research experience in acad, social service, govern, health, or lab settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office word, excel, and Access
• Excellent written and oral com​munication
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to obtain and keep a US govern security clearance
