We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians with a positive attitude. The technicians should seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests using knowledge and skills.
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication.
- Desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head height.
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
- Tiered pay scale every 5 hours and bonus hours; up to $55/hour for the most skilled technicians.
