Bob-Boyd Lincoln is currently hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. While previous detailing experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for making vehicles look their best. If you’re reliable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a respected dealership, we want to hear from you.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $17/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

• Perform interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Clean and vacuum interiors, wash and dry exteriors, and dress tires
• Use carpet extractors and cleaning tools to maintain upholstery and surfaces
• Ensure each vehicle meets dealership presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete tasks efficiently and accurately

• Prior detailing experience preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
