Roles include Diagnostic Specialist - Experienced Technician Opening and Lead Technician opportunities in a team-oriented, respectful, and family-friendly shop environment.

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests using their knowledge and skills.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department and other technicians.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
