Entry Level Collision Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Collision Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated person who is new to the workforce or unsure about career direction. We will provide a hands‑on learning environment with training that can lead to GM and I‑Car certifications. Key job requirements include a positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Basic tools are a plus but not necessary.

• Assist in the preparation of vehicles for repair, including disassembly, cleaning, and sanding
• Assist in the repair and replacement of damaged body panels, frames, and components
• Assist in the application of body filler, primer, and paint to damaged areas
• Assist in the assembly and reassembly of vehicles after repairs are completed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry‑level experience in auto body repair and restoration
• Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
