We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused technicians to join our Columbus, OH shop. Pay up to $38/hr, competitive benefits, and weekends off.

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose and repair a broad range of domestic and foreign vehicles. You will work in a team environment, maintain high safety and cleanliness standards, and support guest service excellence.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate guest concerns to the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results.

• Positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
• ASE certification preferred or plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• Desire for long‑term career development.
• Tekmetric knowledge a plus.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Efficient use of hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
