Responsibilities (Your Next Destination)

Responsible for tracking and monitoring vehicle maintenance, performing inspections, and collaborating with management to repair or reject inventory based on repair costs and vehicle quality.

• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare and move vehicles throughout distribution for retail.
• Record daily inventory from auctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Comfortable operating all vehicles at the Reconditioning Center.
• Ability to perform inspections and keep detailed records.
• Familiarity with company standards and maintaining vehicle cosmetic standards.
• Commitment to safety practices to prevent hazards.
• Ability to work cohesively with management and team members to evaluate vehicle condition and repair needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

This role requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, and the ability to move objects up to 60 pounds. Use of safety equipment is mandatory, and the position may involve working in various environments, including tight spaces and adverse conditions. Effective communication in English is essential.
