Talent Acquisition Coordinator 3 | WMC Onboarding Team
DepartmentHealth System Shared Services | Human Resource Administration
On behalf of the Wexner Medical Center (including its hospitals, College of Medicine and Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC)), the coordinator will perform various processes to ensure the successful onboarding of new team members to include but not limited to the I-9, background check and badge processing experience.
The I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and background check review of acceptable identification documents for accuracy and compliance within established guidelines, handle situations that may require additional processes, and provide support to the overall team.
Minimum Requirements- High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in either processing background checks or I-9 document processing (preferred).
