H&R Block -  - Responsibilities:
Provide district operational and hiring support and ordering supplies;
Provide seasonal hiring support in the applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator;
Manage communications from offices and escalate issues as needed;
Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process;
Review and verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expenses
