Cinco Technologies is seeking a Front Desk – Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations at our Columbus facility. This role is operationally critical. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, vendors, and customers while ensuring administrative workflows remain organized and controlled.

Cinco Technologies operates in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and lithium battery processing. We work with commercial, healthcare, municipal, and enterprise clients that require professionalism, documentation accuracy, and regulatory discipline. This role supports those standards directly.

This is a paid, on-site position offering long-term growth in a structured, fast-moving industrial environment.

Duties
  • Greet visitors, drivers, and vendors professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Manage inbound calls using proper phone etiquette; screen and route calls efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Schedule inbound shipments and coordinate dock/receiving calendars

    Assist with shipping paperwork, chain-of-custody documentation, and internal tracking forms
  • Support operations and sales teams with administrative documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Order and manage office supplies to maintain a clean, functional workspace
  • Provide professional customer service when addressing client inquiries
Qualifications
  • Experience in office administration, front desk operations, or receptionist roles in a professional environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, shipment scheduling, data entry, and document control preferred
  • Familiarity with logistics, recycling, industrial operations, or regulated industries is a plus
