- Provide administrative assistance to the VP of Sales, including managing expense reports and planning meetings
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with TELUS-related responsibilities, including entering deals and validating contracts
- Generate and manage sales reporting, including daily order summaries and competitive trade spend analysis
- Oversee customer order processes, ensuring timely tracking and communication
- Manage all purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and communication within the ERP system
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year in a sales environment support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with good judgment and people skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or sales environment
- Familiarity with trade planning management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
- Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
