What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide administrative assistance to the VP of Sales, including managing expense reports and planning meetings
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with TELUS-related responsibilities, including entering deals and validating contracts
  • Generate and manage sales reporting, including daily order summaries and competitive trade spend analysis
  • Oversee customer order processes, ensuring timely tracking and communication
  • Manage all purchase order processing, ensuring accuracy and communication within the ERP system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year in a sales environment support role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with good judgment and people skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail or sales environment
  • Familiarity with trade planning management software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
