Core Molding Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting senior executives with professionalism and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meeting logistics, and shifting priorities
  • Prepare executive and board-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, secure records)
  • Serve as a central point of contact for executive communications
  • Maintain organized and secure electronic filing systems
  • Support cross‑functional projects and corporate initiatives
  • Coordinate executive meetings, off‑sites, and corporate events
  • Oversee corporate office operations, including space planning, office moves, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness
  • Support facilities‑related projects and general office functionality
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture‑building activities
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience preparing professional, executive‑level materials
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Ability to operate independently and anticipate executive needs
Preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required. Office‑based role with periodic interaction on the manufacturing floor (PPE required when applicable).
