Core Molding Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting senior executives with professionalism and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, meeting logistics, and shifting priorities
- Prepare executive and board-level presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Support Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, secure records)
- Serve as a central point of contact for executive communications
- Maintain organized and secure electronic filing systems
- Support cross‑functional projects and corporate initiatives
- Coordinate executive meetings, off‑sites, and corporate events
- Oversee corporate office operations, including space planning, office moves, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness
- Support facilities‑related projects and general office functionality
- Partner with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture‑building activities
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience preparing professional, executive‑level materials
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to operate independently and anticipate executive needs
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required. Office‑based role with periodic interaction on the manufacturing floor (PPE required when applicable).
