Key Objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
  • Support various departments by managing data-related tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes.
Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  • Organize and file documents both electronically and physically as required.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data to relevant teams.
  • Assist with data audits and assist in generating reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
