Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate:
Up to $22/hr.

- Execute various administrative functions including, but not limited to:
- Perform unit inspections
- Assist with move-out documentation
- Walk vacant units
- Enter the system and track maintenance work orders
- Process all accounts payable documentation
- Prepare and distribute various community notices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Experience:
1+ year of residential property management experience, with HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus, or 3 years in a general manager role or similar with strong people leadership and process management - Education:
High school diploma; associate’s degree is a plus. COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM are a plus – opportunity to obtain as an associate - Dependability:
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic - Resident Focus:
Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents - Operational Excellence:
Deadline-driven, with attention to detail, compliance, and quality - Technically Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Yardi experience a big plus
