Executive Assistant

The onsite Executive Assistant will manage calendars, handle confidential information with discretion, schedule complex travel arrangements, plan and coordinate meetings, and perform special projects as assigned. The role requires understanding the business and the demands of different parties to be a key partner in providing proactive administrative support.

Performs other duties as assigned Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Columbus, OH  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4-6 years executive administration experience required

Experience supporting a legal function preferred Exemplary written and interpersonal skills. Must exercise excellent judgment and diplomacy in all interactions with internal and external leaders Superior organizational and prioritization skills; strong follow-through on tasks and works well under pressure.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential problems and contingency plan accordingly.

Experience with complex calendar management, meeting and event planning, domestic and international travel, and preparation of presentations. Extremely resourceful, efficient, and collaborative with a demonstrated ability to work in a complex matrix organization. Total job benefits valued at more than $10k .
