Administrative Support – Revenue Operations

This is a strictly administrative position providing support to the Revenue Operations Manager. The role is responsible for managing and supporting billing processes across nine active contracts, with monthly bill-outs completed at the beginning of each month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Revenue Operations Manager
  • Manage billing support for nine contracts with recurring monthly bill-outs
  • Ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and processed on time
  • Maintain and update tracking documents and reports in Excel
  • Follow established processes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and meet recurring deadlines
