Administrative Support – Revenue Operations
This is a strictly administrative position providing support to the Revenue Operations Manager. The role is responsible for managing and supporting billing processes across nine active contracts, with monthly bill-outs completed at the beginning of each month.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Revenue Operations Manager
- Manage billing support for nine contracts with recurring monthly bill-outs
- Ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and processed on time
- Maintain and update tracking documents and reports in Excel
- Follow established processes with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Strong administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and meet recurring deadlines
