What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive calendar management for the SG&A Executive
  • Act as a liaison and offer support for the Executive’s department
  • Complete various administrative tasks to facilitate effective leadership, including project planning and minute-taking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the SG&A Executive
  • Manage travel and reimbursable expenses for the SG&A Executive
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum educational requirement:
    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and end-user technology solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in diverse interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1-2 years of healthcare experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up minded environment
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
