Client Overview

Our client is a tech startup with a great company culture and brand‑new office in Columbus, OH. They are looking to add a Program Coordinator to their team. This is a temporary role to start, with potential to grow into a permanent role.

Salary / Hourly Rate

$28/hr

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator will support the teams by managing the oversight of operational training. This ideal candidate will ensure staff are properly onboarded, trained, and kept up to date with new information. The hours are Monday to Friday, normal business hours, and the Program Coordinator will work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.

Responsibilities Of The Program Coordinator
  • Keep calendars up to date, scheduling trainings and distributing materials needed before and after training.
  • Track changes made to operational schedules and update the workflows accordingly.

  • Work closely with managers and provide cross‑functional support among teams.
  • Required Experience/Skills for the Program Coordinator

    • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment preferred, specifically in a regulated industry.

    • Experience working for a startup, mortgage lending experience, or a similar field.
    Education Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree is required.
