We are seeking a reliable and versatile Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in launching and supporting this new location, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
The OpportunityThis role positions you as the operational backbone of our brand-new Columbus office, where you’ll manage day‑to‑day functions, support our advisors, and contribute to client services in a startup‑like environment within an established firm. You’ll handle a mix of administrative, operational, and client‑facing tasks, helping to build the office’s foundation while enjoying the autonomy and impact that comes with being the primary operations support in a growing team.

- Office Operations: Oversee daily office activities to create a professional and efficient environment, including managing supplies, mail, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance for the office.
- Client Support: Assist with client interactions, such as scheduling appointments, preparing materials for meetings and seminars, and serving as a friendly point of contact to enhance client experiences and support advisor workflows.
- Administrative and Operational Tasks: Handle general administrative duties like data entry, document preparation, and coordinating logistics for client events or team meetings, ensuring everything runs seamlessly in a small‑team setting.
- Project Assistance: Support our HQ staff and advisors with ad‑hoc projects, action items, and follow‑ups to keep the office aligned and productive as we ramp up operations.
- Versatile Contributions: Step in for varied needs, from troubleshooting minor issues to contributing to client onboarding processes, adapting to the dynamic needs of a launching office.

- Experience

Ideally 2‑3+ years in office management, administrative support, or client services, preferably in financial services or a similar professional setting.
