Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Location

Columbus, OH (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within a 60-mile commute of the Columbus, OH office and will report as requested)

- Acquire Right‑of‑Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission and distribution line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare real estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- Perform general administrative tasksli>
- Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
- Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills
- Is analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast‑paced administrative setting
- Provides strong customer service experience
- Can adapt to new systems and software environments
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Active Ohio Notary OR ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
