Our client is a leader within automotive manufacturing and has been so for close to 60 years. As a Senior Cost Accountant within this established team, you will partner with operations and accounting leadership to support the goal of maximizing product quality and profitability.
The Senior Accountant will have full support and autonomy to recommend process improvements, review and improve current programs, product SKU's and inventory. Along with other special projects around improving the profitability of day-to-day tasks.
Keys to success:
- Prior experience in manufacturing accounting and/or cost accounting
- Familiarity with process improvement
- Hands-on types, that enjoy working in an office as well as on the production floor
