Job Summary:

The Internal Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organizations overall financial health. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while assisting leadership with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Support audits and prepare required documentation

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
