- Coordinates, manages, executes, and delivers on all phases of multiple tax engagements.
- Demonstrates expertise in generally accepted accounting / auditing standards and the AICPA Compilation and Review Standards.
- Reviews and completes financial statements and related disclosures to ensure accuracy.
- Provides guidance, direction, and overall review of deliverables for tax staff.
- Specific experience with 1120S, 1065 and 1040 tax returns.
- Highly client-focused with strong communication skills.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Support and contribute to firm business initiatives.
- Active CPA required
- Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience with CCH software highly preferred
- Experience with Thomson Reuters software preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge and financial statement experience
- Highly client-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
