Key Responsibilities Lead the SEC reporting process, including preparation and filing of 10-Q and 10-K reports Coordinate quarterly earnings releases and ensure compliance with accounting guidance Manage internal controls and governance procedures related to financial reporting and support external audit processes
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required CPA required (active preferred) 6-8+ years of experience in public accounting and SEC reporting management Experience in accounting and reporting research with the ability to interpret accounting guidance
Experience with Workiva and Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus
