They have developed more square footage in the region than any other developer and offer a full range of services including land acquisition, design, development, general contracting, financial structuring, and leasing across a diverse portfolio of asset classes.
Job Summary:The Senior Accounting Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and contributing to the strategic goals of the organization. This position involves a variety of accounting tasks including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a detailed understanding of accounting principles.
Day-to-Day Duties:- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct account reconciliations and execute variance analysis to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Generate and present financial reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and accounting best practices to enhance compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial auditing and compliance.
- Knowledge of advanced accounting systems and ERP software.
- Certification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus.
