Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000

Superior is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial function. This role will manage the General Ledger team, lead the month‑end close process, and perform financial reporting. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio

• Lead and develop the General Ledger (GL) team and oversee the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including cash flow, for multiple entities and manage the consolidation process
• Partner with external auditors to support annual financial statement audits and tax engagements
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls across general accounting functions
• Participate in accounting policy development, technical research, and implementation of new accounting standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of core accounting operations

• Required:
  
  You have at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or a related field

  You have earned your bachelor’s degree in Accounting
