Tax Manager

Tax Manager sought for a flexible, professional regional CPA firm, seeking an experienced tax professional with public accounting firm experience, to assume a book of clients in Columbus and central Ohio. A successful candidate will offer knowledge and experience with Ohio companies in a variety of industries. Seeking a CPA who could work closely with senior leadership in this office while helping to manage the team and the client relationships.

Ideally, a person involved with and committed to the central Ohio business community.

• Takes ownership of client relationships
• Assumes a client's book of business over time
• Leads others within the office tax team
• Supports and refers to others within the firm's tax services network
• Tax services provider to private companies, S-corps, pass-throughs, and high-net-worth individuals
• 5+ years  experience in public-accounting tax services
• Develops and maintains client relationships
• Organizational savvy can lead a team
• Understands the importance of face-to-face conversation
• Familiarity with a variety of industries in Ohio markets
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Excellent personnel development and delegation skills
