• Verifies & codes documents
• Prepares invoices for processing
• Creates vehicle expenditure, maintenance contracts & other reports
• Prepares, compiles & verifies statistical, financial, accounting or auditing data
• Maintains division’s fleet management of statewide vehicles, wireless devices & inventory control
• Travels to field locations to perform inventory audits & compliance reviews
• Other related accounting duties as assigned
• Starting hourly pay of $22.96/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $27.92/hr
• There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service. For more details, refer to the OCSEA pay range schedule & longevity rates

• 18 months' experience or 18 months of training in accounting &/or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software
• Or completion of high school technical program in accounting AND 6 months' exp. or 6 months' training in accounting or finance to include a basic level of experience in spreadsheet software
• Or completion of associate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
