What You Will Be Responsible For

• Own day-to-day accounts receivable activity, including invoicing, cash application, and follow-up
• Partner with operations and internal teams to resolve billing and collection issues
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support the month-end close process through journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with cash activity, reporting, and audit support
• Provide reliable support to the Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller

What We Are Looking For

• 5 or more years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong accounts receivable background with comfort owning that function
• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, or product-based environments preferred
• ERP experience required, SAP strongly preferred
• Someone who values stability, accountability, and balance
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within a defined role
