Billing Specialist

$70,000 - $75,000 Salary + 100% Covered Health Benefits

Bright Minds’ global EPC client is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist with deep Accounts Receivable (AR) experience supporting large, complex EPC projects. Ideal candidates will have a background in utility transmission and distribution (T&D), heavy electrical or civil construction, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial engineering, or project-based professional services, with a strong emphasis on contract-driven billing and revenue accuracy.

• 4–5+ years of billing and Accounts Receivable experience supporting EPC, construction, or project-based services organizations
• Proven experience with contract-driven billing for large, complex projects, including rate schedules, milestones, change orders, and client-specific invoicing requirements
• Strong understanding of AR workflows, including invoice issuance, payment tracking, collections coordination, and dispute resolution
• Experience supporting revenue tracking, billing reconciliation, and reporting in partnership with finance leadership
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely billing and revenue recognition
• Exposure to utility transmission & distribution (T&D) or similar infrastructure construction projects is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success improving billing and AR processes tied to EPC contracts, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and cycle-time reduction
