AP​/AR Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-focused AP/AR Specialist to join our accounting team and keep our financial operations running like clockwork. • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances

• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies

• Prepare and maintain financial records for audits and reporting

• Assist with month-end close and general accounting support

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers

• Support process improvements to increase efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or receivable

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
