• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage and review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance reports.
• Assist in developing internal controls and process improvements.
• Support Controller in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to team development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in public audit is a huge plus.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
