Your Day to Day responsibilities
  • Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations
    , including bank accounts, Pay Pal, credit cards, petty cash, inventory, accrued, prepaid, fixed assets, and landed cost accounts

  • Manage expense tracking and controls
    , including Navan expenses, American Express follow-ups, and supporting documentation

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
    , including payroll accruals, inventory offsets, and reporting packages for headquarters

  • Coordinate tax and audit activities
    , including sales tax filings, state audits, and providing documentation to internal and external auditors

  • Manage intercompany transactions and payments
    , including reconciliations, bank payment initiation, and approval support

Preferable Background
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.

  • Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish, as effective communication in both languages is required for this role.

  • Proficiency in Quick Books for accurate and efficient financial management.

  • Familiarity with Excel as an essential tool in maintaining financial records and generating reports.
