Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly P&Ls
Support month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany)
Perform sales audits and investigate variances
Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Review invoices, expenses, and coding accuracy
Monitor A/R and assist with collections
Support sales tax reporting, audits, and special projects
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
Nice to Have: Multi-unit, restaurant, or retail accounting experience
