Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Process journal entries accurately and promptly for precise financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and various accounts meticulously.
• Collaborate across teams to analyze financial data, offering valuable insights for decisions.
• Support the creation of financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Aid in audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
• Contribute to enhancing accounting procedures through process improvements.

Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Showcase proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Quick Books, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous.
