Accountant/Examiner 3 (INTERMITTENT) - Multiple Positions

Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages for executive review.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits (financial, sales tax) by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Support process improvements for inventory, accounts payable, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
- 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
