You will prepare financial reports, maintain the general ledger, and lead reconciliations for common area maintenance. The ideal candidate has over two years of experience in general ledger accounting and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Knowledge of Yardi or Sage accounting software is preferred.
