- Prepare most difficult audits.
- Workpaper review.
- Review common files.
- Resolve significant client issues.
- Prepare billing.
- Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight.
- Fill in engagement team gaps.
- Actively involve in firm initiatives.
- Prepare/review 10%, contractor and owner’s certs, DCR.
- May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- Affordable housing or Real Estate Development experience within Public Accounting.
- CPA.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within Public Accounting.
