Job SummaryJoin a growing small CPA firm as a key leader overseeing both attest and tax services. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of client engagements, including audits, reviews, compilations, and tax compliance. You'll mentor staff, manage client relationships, and help shape the firm’s future.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a variety of attest engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations for small to mid-sized clients
- Oversee and review business and individual tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Provide technical expertise on GAAP, GAAS, and current tax laws and regulations
- Mentor and develop junior staff and managers, supporting growth in both tax and assurance areas
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
- Contribute to firm strategy, service expansion, and business development initiatives
- Ensure quality control standards are met across all engagements
