POSITION SUMMARY: The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path.

• Strictly comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow established quality assurance (QA) standards during repair and inspection tasks.
• Assist with the repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision.
• Accurately document equipment failures and repair observations.
• Participate in ongoing training and performance development programs.
• Operate specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision.
• Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Location: In office/shop

Hours: This is a full-time position.
