Lead the Engine Behind the Dealership. The Parts Supervisor is the driving force behind our Powersports Parts Department. You’ll set the pace, control the operation, and build a team that executes with precision and urgency. Your mission: maximize accessory sales, tighten inventory turns, support Service and Sales, and create a parts operation that directly fuels dealership growth.
Build the Margin. Own the Experience. Drive the Profit.
This is not a back-counter parts role. As our Accessory-Driven Powersports Parts Supervisor, you will own one of the most profitable and influential departments in the dealership. Your mission: maximize accessory sales, tighten inventory turns, support Service throughput, and create a parts operation that directly fuels dealership growth. This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo — it’s about owning inventory, leading people, driving profit, and keeping the dealership moving at full throttle.
If you’re a proven parts leader who thrives on accountability, numbers, and results — and you understand that Parts is the backbone of Service and Sales — this is your lane.
