Reports to: Administrator
Position Type: Full‑Time

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for staff development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including administration, therapy, and dietary, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • Degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Current RN license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
